Evangelist Daniel Kolenda, the successor to Reinhard Bonnke and new President of Christ for all Nations (CfaN) on Wednesday reported that more than 200 000 people gave their lives to Christ during a 4-day Gospel crusade in Nakuru, Kenya started on August 8 .

Through a report shared on his official Facebook account, Kolenda said that more than a third of the population of Nakuru attended the crusade.

“They are not there for a concert or a political rally. They are their listening to the preaching of the Gospel. The name of Jesus was lifted high. Thousands were saved. Amazing miracles happened. Hundreds experienced deliverance from demons,” Evangelist Kolenda said.

Adding: “In the weeks leading up to the main event, our team preached the Gospel in more than 600 schools, villages, markets and orphanages. More than 200 000 people received Christ – Before the event started!! In some of the schools where our team ministered, they had full-blown outpourings of the Holy Spirit. The power of God moved among students for hours, with hundreds laid out under the power of God. And still others were dramatically delivered from demons – in public schools.”

Reinhard Bonnke, passed the leadership torch of his international ministry, Christ for all Nations (CfaN), to missionary evangelist Daniel Kolenda during his “farewell” crusade in Lagos, Nigeria in 2017.

“The Lord specifically told me that He has appointed and anointed Daniel Kolenda as my successor,” Bonnke said, according to TheNewsGuru, an online news outlet in Nigeria.

CfaN described Kolenda as a gifted, fifth-generation preacher whose ministry is marked by a powerful evangelistic anointing and incredible miracles after the model of Jesus; preaching, teaching and healing.

According to the Christ for all Nations website, Kolenda’s “greatest education has come from the years of ministry side-by-side with his mentor and spiritual father Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke.”

The evangelical activities in Nakuru, Kenya were also graced by Michael Jobs, an actor at the Holy Land Experience who plays Jesus. Some local journalists had published the false report that Michael was claiming to be the real Jesus.

It generated quite a bit of publicity, even making headlines on Fox News and the BBC (online). Jobs confirmed to the crowd on August 9 what he had already said many times – he is not Jesus. But he took the opportunity to give glory to the one and only King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The name of the real Jesus was lifted up.
