Arms deal case postponed

A bid to force President Jacob Zuma to appoint an inquiry into the controversial arms deal was postponed at the Constitutional Court today.

This was to give the President time to respond to information submitted in the application by former banker Terry Crawford-Browne. The case will resume on September 20.
