Popular worship collective, Bethel Music, will be visting SA shores in September 2016, due to an overwhelming response from the public.
The California based worship team birthed out of Bethel Church in Redding will host worship nights in Durban, Cape Town and Pretoria, kick starting their tour at the Voortrekker Monument on September 15, 2016. The Durban worship night will take place at the City Hill Church in Hillcrest on September 17 and the Cape Town event at Grandwest on September 21.
The tour will feature music from their new album, Have It All, which will officially be released on March 11, 2016. The album features prolific Bethel worship leaders such as Jen Johnson, Steffany Gretzinger, Cory Asbury, Amanda Cook and William Matthews.
The Burn 24.7 citywide worship movement in Port Elizabeth has been quick of the mark in launching a Facebook campaign to bring Bethel Music to PE. PE worshipers adopted the same strategy last year when the city was not included in the collective’s March 2015 tour — and their efforts were rewarded.
Tickets are not on sale yet, but will be sold through itickets.
