Joy Activist, Laughter Coach and Visionary of the JOYburg city transformation initiative, Sue Jameson, is running Joy Activist training over two days on Saturdays 7 and  14 March in Sunninghill, JOYburg. 

This is your opportunity to invest in your own life, or your staff, and actively be part of the Joy Revolution, says Sue whose JOYburg vision received a massive boost after she won the Vodacom #Firsts competition and saw her #First Laughter Mob become a reality in November 2014. (Watch her #First Laughter Mob video below which was launched on Facebook and Youtube this week. You can really sense the joy and excitement as you watch.) 

Joy Activist Training

Sessions include The Science of Stress, Benefits of Laughter, Aerobic Laughter, Foundations for Joy, Happiness and the Five Senses, and more. You will experience and activate the power of joy and laughter in your own life, and begin to help activate joy in the lives of others in your family and community. A select number of people may be invited to participate in future sessions with Sue.

Training outside JOYburg

If you are not in JOYburg, please do not despair… Sue is prepared to travel to the ends of the earth to train groups of people, so please email her to discuss this further. This training, and/or her Dynamic Living Workshops would truly be are a great asset for those in small or medium businesses, or in large corporations, and can be done in-house. With the current state of the world and resulting increase in stress levels, there is no better time than now to take a stand and make this investment in your staff, and your life.
