Operation World author Patrick Johnstone visits SA

Patrick Johnstone, author of six editions of the hugely influential  prayer guide “Operation World” and “The Church is Bigger Than You Think” will address public church meetings in Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban during a visit to South Africa in February and March.

He will also use the opportunity to launch his latest book “The Future of the Global Church” which highlights the global impact of evangelical Christianity over the past two centuries and challenges the church to look to the future of what it might become globally.

Johnstone is primarily visiting South Africa as the Regional Director for WEC International, a large pioneer church planting mission. He and his wife, Robyn, who is traveling with him, have oversight for WEC SA in a regional capacity.

During 50 years of ministry, Johnstone has played a key role in giving the church globally a better understanding of what God is doing around the world as well as highlighting the task of reaching the least reached.
