WATCH: Dr Judy Laird releases word for SA

Gateway News columnist Marian Fitz Gibbon, left, and US Christian leader Dr Judy Laird.
Marian Fitz-Gibbon interviews US-based international Christian minister, prophetess and public speaker Dr Judy Laird who has been visiting South Africa for 17 years.

At a crucial time when South Africa is wanting answers to questions that will set our course on a different trajectory, the Lord is not taken by surprise and He knew we would have some significant giants to slay.

SONA had no sooner been delivered, last week, when the lights started fading. Fortunately, we trust in Jesus, the Light of the World, and He has the wisdom we need when facing these challenging times.

In my interview (below) with Dr Judy Laird at Acts Church, Midrand, we touched on topics that the Lord had placed on her heart for this nation.

From praying in parliament while in Cape Town, to ensuring that every woman was prayed for at a woman’s meeting at Acts Church, Dr Judy is thoroughly committed to seeing women set free from pain, abuse, and set into their destinies and calling. The Word of God is her strong foundation, her love for Jesus is infectious and her tenacity is nations-changing. She speaks with a mother’s heart but with the rod of an ambassador.

Listen as she shares a “defining moment” word for South African believers — and also some encouraging prophetic wisdom for women struggling with brokenness and adversity.

  1. “God’s word is not chained” so let’s “preach the Word, be prepared in season and out of season, correct, rebuke and encourage with great patience and careful instruction” (2 Tim 2:9; 4:2)
