A month has passed since the dust settled on the Mighty Men Jeffreys Bay 2025 gathering, but the spiritual impact of the event continues to resonate deeply in the Kouga region and beyond.
The 7th Mighty Men Jeffreys Bay Conference, held at Farm Mooi Uitsig, once again brought together thousands of men from across the country for a weekend of worship, brotherhood and transformation. The theme for 2025 was “Forgiven”. The event focused on God’s grace, the power of forgiveness and the restoration of lives through faith in Jesus Christ.

The atmosphere over the three-day event was electric yet reverent. From stirring worship under the stars to life-changing testimonies and bold messages from guest speakers Glenn Miles, Gerrie Henn, Eugene Genis and Angus Buchan.

This year, organising committee members Harry Deetlefs, Lester Britz and Nelis Venter also stepped onto the stage to share their own powerful testimonies of redemption and forgiveness. The event touched hearts and challenged men to step up as leaders in their families, communities and workplaces.
Midpoint Worship led this year’s praise and worship sessions once again and had attendees jumping up and down as they sang along, praising the Lord.

This year was unlike any other. The unity, the hunger for God’s presence, the deep conversations around fires long after the sessions, and the sheer number of guys responding to altar calls — the constant activity in the prayer tent — it was all clearly the work of the Holy Spirit.

We’re already seeing the fruit in families, with many guys reaching out to share how the Holy Spirit has continued working in their lives since the conference.
These heartfelt testimonies from men who’ve been deeply moved make all the hard work leading up to the conference so worthwhile. We don’t do it for anyone other than God.

What struck me most this year was seeing guys bringing friends who were struggling –to meet Jesus — and then watching how they themselves ended up being touched. It’s deeply humbling.
With stories still emerging of healing, salvation, and reconciliation, the 2025 conference has once again solidified Mighty Men Jeffreys Bay as a cornerstone of the spiritual calendar in the Eastern Cape.

As our team now begins planning for March 2026, the message from this year remains clear: forgiveness is the key to freedom. And for many, Jeffreys Bay was the place where that journey began. Keep up to date by following our Facebook page www.facebook.com/mightymeneasterncape.
