Scripture:
2 Chronicles 7:14 – “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” Scripture: Proverbs 9:10 (NKJV) — “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”
Prayer:
Lord, forgive our sin of pride, greed, corruption, violence, division, apathy, and injustice. Teach us to humble ourselves and seek Your face. We look to You, the maker of heaven and earth, as the saviour of our Land! Be our glory and the lifter of our heads. We humble ourselves under Your mighty hand and invite Your Spirit of repentance over our Nation.
Proclamation:
We proclaim a divine turnaround in our Nation! We proclaim a culture of humble repentance, devotion to the Lord and a turning from our ways of pride, godlessness and irreverence for you, The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: may this reverence for you invade every level of leadership, culture, and community!
