Prayer:
Lord, awaken Your people to possess this land. We call for skilled, righteous leaders in our municipalities. Mobilise the Church to pray, serve, watch, report, and seek the welfare of our cities. We pray that the wicked will forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them return to the Lord, for You abundantly pardon.
Proclamation:
We proclaim that the Church is rising as salt and light. A mighty Joel-type army is arising in every community. Structure, discipline, planning, divine order, and accountability will return to our municipalities.
