Scripture:
Joshua 1:9 — “Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage… for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
Prayer:
Father, give citizens courage to reject intimidation, report wrongdoing, protect peace, and vote responsibly. May we as believers go forth in bold faith to declare the gospel, speak truth and demolish evil altars through the power of the blood of Jesus! May we be as Daniel, who refused to bow to foreign gods; he stood firm in his faith, worshipping You day and night, and this turned the king’s heart to the God of Daniel. In Your name we can do mighty exploits like Daniel. We also thank You Lord for each citizen You have called to step into public office to serve, grant them supernatural boldness and courage to fulfil Your purposes and to proclaim Jesus.
Proclamation:
proclaim bold courage and conviction of the Holy Spirit to rise up in the Church in the land. We stand against the unrighteous orders of our land, and bow before the one and only true God,
