Joy Activist, Laughter Coach and Visionary of the JOYburg city transformation initiative, Sue Jameson, is running Joy Activist training over two days on Saturdays 7 and  14 March in Sunninghill, JOYburg. 

This is your opportunity to invest in your own life, or your staff, and actively be part of the Joy Revolution, says Sue whose JOYburg vision received a massive boost after she won the Vodacom #Firsts competition and saw her #First Laughter Mob become a reality in November 2014. Sessions include The Science of Stress, Benefits of Laughter, Aerobic Laughter, Foundations for Joy, Happiness and the Five Senses, and more. You will experience and activate the power of joy and laughter in your own life, and begin to help activate joy in the lives of others in your family and community. A select number of people may be invited to participate in future sessions with Sue.
