In a powerful interview with Kirk Cameron, bestselling author and former atheist Lee Strobel discussed the growing number of testimonies from Muslims around the world who are encountering Jesus through supernatural dreams and visions. Strobel shared amazing stories, including one about a Muslim mother of eight in Cairo who dreamed of walking with Jesus along a lake. The next day, she met a man from the dream, an underground church planter, who led her to Christ.
These dreams, Strobel emphasised, often come with external confirmation and are part of a consistent pattern God uses to reach those in closed nations where preaching the Gospel is illegal.
Strobel also addressed other supernatural experiences, including near-death encounters and deathbed visions, citing over 900 peer-reviewed studies that align with Scripture. While he remains cautious about stories involving visitations from deceased loved ones, Strobel urged viewers to study these accounts biblically and scientifically. He stressed that God is not hindered by legal restrictions and will reveal Himself however He pleases, even through dreams. “Why would a demon lead someone to Jesus?” he asked rhetorically.
