Media Village Productions’ short film, Freedom Road, has been nominated for 13 awards in the prestigious 168 Film Project and will be screened at the premiere hosted in California on August 10.
The award nominations are for: Best Film, Best International Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Integration of Scripture, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Best Sound Design, Best Original Music, Best Set Design, Best Behind the Scenes, Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Supporting Actor.
They are overjoyed by the news and are looking forward to attending the Awards Ceremony on the 10th of August.
The winners of the Christian-themed speed film-making competition which attracted 150 entries from around the world will be announced on the evening of the premiere. First prize is up to $1 million to make a feature film with EchoLight Studios.

Media Village Productions will be on a shoot in the States in August and will attend the awards ceremony.
“Aside from the short film, we filmed a behind-the-scenes video on the Freedom Road set which we submitted with the film. We recently heard that our video is eligible for the ‘Best Making of Documentary’ Award,” says the production house in a media release.
