The team is working diligently to prepare the venue at the farm, Mooi Uitsig, near Jeffreys Bay, as well as to, secure partners, market the event, and ensure that it is once again hosted with excellence for the Lord.

This year’s theme is “Forgiven’ — inspired by Luke 7:48, reminding us that Jesus has the power to forgive sins and that His grace is available to all who seek Him with a repentant heart.

In partnership with Kingfisher FM, the event is making waves on the air to spread the powerful message that Jesus is the only one who can forgive sins. True forgiveness requires us to confess our sins — and just as importantly, to forgive others for the harm they have caused us.

Angus Buchan, the well-known South African evangelist, farmer, and author — who founded the Mighty Men Conference movement in 2004 — has accepted an invitation to be a guest speaker once again. He will address the men over the weekend and lead the family service on Sunday.

This year’s guest speakers are Eugene Genis, Glenn Miles, Gerrie Henn and Angus Buchan. Praise and worship will once again be led by Midpoint Worship, an anointed group from East London.

Men are invited to register for the event at www.mightymeneasterncape.co.za. The Friday and Saturday are reserved for ministering to the men but women and the rest of the family are invited to join the men on the Sunday morning for the family service.

The latest event promotion clip was released this week. “It captures the atmosphere and emotions of the conference, however it does not come close to experiencing it for yourself. It truly is a life changing experience,” commented Piérre Maré, one of the volunteer organising team members.

Angus Buchan recorded a special invitation to the event as well, citing high expectations for signs and wonders like those witnessed at the conference in previous years.
