Learning to practice the presence of God

(Gen1: 26,27) In Genesis we read that God made man in the image of God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit – with the result that man is also a spiritual being. God gave man a soul to be able to communicate on earth and He formed him a body to be able to live on earth and move around. Adam and Eve lived in the dominion of their spirit when they walked and talked with God in the Garden of Eden. When they sinned by disobeying God’s instruction it affected their walk with God because their spirit got contaminated and their spirit‘s ability to communicate freely with God was affected.

Jesus walked on earth training his disciples for three years; He frequently had to go aside so that he could communicate with the Father for direction. What happened in His prayer times? Jesus was excising His spirit to connect with the Holy Spirit in hearing and seeing clearly within His spirit what God wanted Him to say and do.( Math 14:23; Luke 6: 12)

(John 4:23, 24) Paul also wrote to us telling us that God is looking for worshippers who will worship Him in spirit and truth. Now that we know that, how do we practice the presence of God?  As I am growing in this same teaching, I would like to equip the children of God to take the step towards maturity in Christ, a step of victory so that we can come to the place where Christ is manifest through us. This can only be accomplished when alignment of the spirit soul and body happens.

I am Dr Gerda Dippenaar – I got my PhD In Christian Ministry this year and am looking for Christian administrators to book people for the online seminars, as well as seminars to be held throughout the year. 10% commission will be given on the seats booked by you.
