Petitioning the Namibian Constitution in the Courts of Heaven — Melani Bamberger

In a recent article Gateway News introduced readers to a remarkable woman, a true inspiration and great warrior in God’s Kingdom — the 94-year-old Ouma Geraldine from Walvis Bay, Namibia.

In that article Ouma Geraldine spoke of a petition brought to the Supreme Court of Heaven, last year. This was activated when the Lord created in our hearts a deeper desire and urgency to persist in prayer for our nation and more specifically the Namibian government.

At the beginning of March 2020, a singing competition promoting local, Namibian talent, was held at the coastal town of Swakopmund. In the Spirit I declared this as a perfect opportunity and platform to release a prophetic word over Namibia, as it was about to celebrate 30 years of independence.

The word released was a direct opposite and totally contradictory to what I expected. At first, I did not understand but the Lord reminded me that nothing done with a pure heart and for His glory is ever wasted.

Whatever the enemy meant for evil, He will turn it for good and glory of His Kingdom. Instead, the Lord used this opportunity to reveal the condition of the hearts of Namibians as a nation.

At the same time 0uma Geraldine and a brother, Matthew, were interceding for the Namibian government. Ouma asked Matthew to bring a copy of the Namibian Constitution because she wanted to see for herself what it says, in order to direct and strategise what and how to pray.

Ouma Geraldine

Matthew brought the Constitution and she saw it is written that Namibia is a secular nation. The Spirit of the Lord said: “I will not bless a secular nation. A secular nation creates a loophole for bribery and corruption in the judicial system, and I will not allow it!”

Lord, what must we do? “Request a restraining order in the supreme court of heaven and stop it!” is what ouma heard in her spirit. This word was confirmed in Job 5:8: “But as for me, I would seek God, And to God I would commit my cause.” Ouma immediately summoned us to present our case to the supreme court of heaven, which we did on 21 March 2020, Namibia’s 30th Independence Day.

With only the word of God as guideline and being led by the Holy Spirit we entered the Court of Heaven. We repented for the sins of this nation and presented our case by reading, declaring, and proclaiming Scriptures. I am mentioning below only portions of a few Scriptures but encourage you to read the whole chapters of the Scriptures given, to get a full understanding.

Haggai 2:6 & 22 – “⁶in a little while I, the LORD, will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. ²²And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen.”

Job 12:17, 20, 22 & 24 — ¹⁷He leads rulers away stripped and makes fools of judges. ²⁰He silences the lips of trusted advisers and takes away the discernment of elders. ²²He reveals the deep things of darkness and brings utter darkness into the light. ²⁴He deprives the leaders of the earth of their reason; He makes them wander in a trackless waste.

Psalm 90:4, 8, 12-14 & 16-17 — ⁴A thousand years in your sight are like a day that has just gone by, or like a watch in the night. ⁸You have set our iniquities before you, our secret sins in the light of your presence. ¹²Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. ¹³Relent, Lord! How long will it be? Have compassion on your servants. ¹⁴Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days. ¹⁶May your deeds be shown to your servants, your splendor to their children. ¹⁷May the favor[a] of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us — yes, establish the work of our hands.

Deuteronomy 32:15-21, 28-29, 32, 43, 45-47 – ¹⁵Jeshurun[c] grew fat and kicked; filled with food, they became heavy and sleek. They abandoned the God who made them and rejected the Rock their Saviour. ¹⁶They made him jealous with their foreign gods and angered him with their detestable idols. ¹⁷ They sacrificed to false gods, which are not God –gods they had not known, gods that recently appeared, gods your ancestors did not fear. ¹⁸You deserted the Rock, who fathered you; you forgot the God who gave you birth. ¹⁹The Lord saw this and rejected them because he was angered by his sons and daughters. ²⁰“I will hide my face from them,” he said, “and see what their end will be; for they are a perverse generation, children who are unfaithful. ²¹They made me jealous by what is no god and angered me with their worthless idols. I will make them envious by those who are not a people; I will make them angry by a nation that has no understanding. ²⁸They are a nation without sense, there is no discernment in them. ²⁹If only they were wise and would understand this and discern what their end will be! ³²Their vine comes from the vine of Sodom and from the fields of Gomorrah. Their grapes are filled with poison, and their clusters with bitterness. ⁴³Rejoice, you nations, with his people, for he will avenge the blood of his servants; he will take vengeance on his enemies and make atonement for his land and people. ⁴⁵When Moses finished reciting all these words to all Israel, ⁴⁶he said to them, “Take to heart all the words I have solemnly declared to you this day, so that you may command your children to obey carefully all the words of this law. ⁴⁷They are not just idle words for you — they are your life. By them you will live long in the land you are crossing the Jordan to possess.”

Revelation 15 — ¹I saw in heaven another great and marvellous sign: seven angels with the seven last plagues—last, because with them God’s wrath is completed. ²And I saw what looked like a sea of glass glowing with fire and, standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast and its image and over the number of its name. They held harps given them by God ³and sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb:
“Great and marvellous are your deeds,
Lord God Almighty.
Just and true are your ways,
King of the nations.[a]
⁴Who will not fear you, Lord,
and bring glory to your name?
For you alone are holy.
All nations will come
and worship before you,
for your righteous acts have been revealed.”
⁵After this I looked, and I saw in heaven the temple –that is, the tabernacle of the covenant law—and it was opened. ⁶Out of the temple came the seven angels with the seven plagues. They were dressed in clean, shining linen and wore golden sashes around their chests. 7 Then one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls filled with the wrath of God, who lives for ever and ever. ⁸And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power, and no one could enter the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.

God is speaking and demanding the attention of nations. The Lord says, “I AM allowing Covid, the death angel, to knock at the door of every nation because they have to choose, and their choices will determine their destiny”. In order to make the right choice we must be convicted — convicted of sin, righteousness, and justice. Once convicted, we must repent. Repentance is the key to restoration for all the nations.

The Lord gave us a helper, the Holy Spirit who is the built-in radar helping us to define the difference between darkness and light and granting us the wisdom to apply our knowledge. Wisdom is also to define the difference, and, in that way, the plumb line is dropped right now, to all the nations, separating darkness and light, as well as the precious from the corrupted.

He is our righteous judge. He loves us but we must go back and respond by tapping into the principles of righteousness and justice – they are divine attributes and cannot be separated from mercy and judgment. His holiness manifested in government and the government is on His shoulders (Isaiah 9 and Matthew 4). God has wonderful plans and promises for our nation, but we need to align with these principles of the Kingdom. God wants to bless us all, but he will not bless the idols in our country nor in any other country.

Revelation 12:11 says: “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death”. Death died on the cross and reached into a new level of the new earth. The cross opens the door for the victory but also for the glory. There is no other way. So, the deeper we are baptised into crucifixion the higher we ascend in spirit.

Only an intimate relationship with Abba Father gives us the key to the promises in the treasure box, which is His own heart. The Lord says: let all the mistakes made in the past be your teacher and the future your opportunity. God has opened a door on a new level, a new opportunity for the nation, and all other nations, which is the level of the Kingdom. Once the Gospel of the Kingdom of God is preached to all the nations the end shall come, and now the end is in sight. We have very little time.

As written in Revelation 10, the seventh angel is about to blow the trumpet and then time shall be no more. The timing is as important as His calling. In the same way the Holy Spirit guides a swallow migrating to another country, when the time is right, He is saying to us, now is the time. We have got to respond to His timing, now.

I want to conclude with Ouma Geraldine’s last words and prayer: “94 years in myself, I do not have any strength but I trust God that whatever I still have to say or do, I will do it as soon as possible. My heart is no longer here and I have so much yearning to go, but because of the souls that Jesus died for I am here to become a bridge to the nations.”

The Lord said: “The bridge is needed for the transition into the world of the Spirit. Because I love the nations, I died for them. I put my love in your heart, impregnated with My word and destiny, you are a woman of destiny.”

It is not only one, it is a corporate anointing of the bride. She is motivated by love to carry nations full time and on the perfect timing of God, He will release the message to the nations to repent, to run swiftly to all the nations to say to them “I AM coming soon! Get ready!”

I pray that God will give you the grace to understand that His heart is concerned with everyone of us. We are not better; we are just different because light always dispels darkness. This is a law, whether you believe or not, the law will work for us. I pray that you will humble yourself because humility is the character of the royal priesthood, is the royal seal. Humility is the balance on the power. We cannot handle authority or power without humility. He is putting a divine balance on us to function in the principles of the Kingdom, not to harm the people but to set the captives free, to come out of the prison into the liberty of the sons of God.

May God give you grace to understand and to recognise the battle. How many sheep will be lost before we recognise the battle? The battle is a fight to the finish, but Jesus has already won the victory on the cross when he said: “It is finished.” Eternity has invaded our time and time shall be no more. May God bless you to make the right decisions, in alignment with the truth which is the word of God and come back to the reality of the truth.

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through Him. Other gods did not create the universe. The idols must go! The only true God, and this is not a religion, this is a very close and intimate relationship with Abba Father. This is a condition of the heart and our hearts are so wicked. Only God knows our heart. Search your own hearts and see that if there is any wicked way in you, may God lead you in His way everlasting.

I greet you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is coming very soon!
Amen

About Melani Bamberger
I was born in Windhoek, lived in the north for a short period and spend most of my childhood in the south of Namibia. Studied law but did not complete my course. I applied for enrolment again to further and complete my law degree but my application was rejected. Only later I realised that my purpose was not to physically practice law. Instead, unknowingly, I was being prepared and familiarised myself with the process of operating in the courts of heaven. Currently I am employed as a conveyancing secretary at the coast. I met Ouma Geraldine in November 2019 and assisted her with a property transaction. Since then we fellowship, pray and operate in the courts of heaven, regularly.
