The South African part of the Sealed Conference — a global conference on sex trafficking — is taking place in Cape Town from 9am to 3pm at Livingstone House, 28 Park Road, Rondebosch.
Hosted by the Joseph Movement at the request of the international organisers, the event will focus on how to get involved in the fight against trafficking and to make a difference and save lives.
“This conference is informative, motivating, as well as inspiring. You will hear from various professionals in the field, as well as various testimonies from survivors,” say the organisers.
It costs R50 to register for the conference. The fee includes coffee and tea. Lunch will be available at an extra cost.
