The creator and director of The Chosen says he’s singularly focused on producing new seasons but would “love” to develop a series about the book of Acts once he’s finished.
He said his current focus is on making Season 5 of The Chosen, although he acknowledged he enjoys stories about the early Church.

He revealed that Season 7 will include scenes from the beginning of the Book of Acts, spotlighting the “launch of the ministry of the disciples”.
Jenkins previously joked: “After I nap for about a year when The Chosen is done, we’ve got other Bible stories to tell because the demand seems to be so strong.”
Season 4 launched on Prime Video on July 1, roughly one month after it enjoyed its streaming debut on The Chosen app.
