Call for all SA Christians to unite in 21 days of prayer and fasting for the nation

A call has been made to South African Christians of all ages, races and genders to humble themselves before God and participate in a campaign of 21 days of prayer and fasting for the nation — especially its young people — from Wednesday July 20 to Women’s Day on Thursday August 9.

As a nation we need to seek God’s mercy because we have grieved His heart and opened the door to the enemy, says SA Prayer Movement For Change, who urge believers to gather in small groups in homes from 6pm to 7pm throughout the campaign and then to break the fast in local corporate gatherings on August 9. Participants may choose what type of fast to follow.
