Free office waste collection if you get recyling with Green Office Week

In its efforts to make South Africa a greener nation, Green Office Week is offering businesses in main towns and cities the possibility of having waste collected for free during Green Office Week and even getting paid for the recyclables collected.

All you need to do to qualify is send an email to gow@greenofficeweek.co.za: Subject GOW Zero Waste campaign.

Green Office Week has also further enhanced its toolkits for office-workers with more aids to assist people at work in getting motivated and involved.

Spreading the word far and wide about going green during Green Office Week from 18 to 21 April is the primary objective but ensuring that it is as easy and exciting as possible is as important.

Organisers of the week, Dictum Publishers, in co-operation with its lead sponsor Europcar, have developed further guidelines to ensure that every driver of the initiative at work has all the templates and visuals that (s)he needs to get buy-in from co-workers.

In addition to the free downloads already available on www.greenofficeweek.co.za you can now also download:
1         Email templates from www.greenofficeweek.co.za
2         Posters and display visuals from www.facebook.com/gowithgreen

Green Office Week’s mission is principally about empowering office-workers to take action and introduce or reinforce behaviours that save water and electricity; reduce wastage, buy green; and reduce pollution and the carbon footprint.

Help us build a green nation by creating as many green offices as possible.
