ABOUT THE GLS
The Global Leadership Summit is a two-day event designed to inspire and equip Christian leaders for the sake of the local church. Founded 18 years ago by Willow Creek Community Church Senior Pastor Bill Hybels, the GLS has trained and inspired more than a million leaders all over the world through the input of world class church, ministry and business leaders. Willow Creek Southern Africa is presenting the GLS 2012 at eight venues around SA during October. The local GLS events will combine big screen presentations and live worship.(See the SA programme at the bottom of the page.)

Co-Founder and Senior Fellow, Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation

  • A negotiator and mediator, with 30 years practical experience in conflicts ranging from corporate mergers to ethnic wars in the Middle East
  • A social anthropologist and teacher, he is the author of award-winning business books, including Getting to Yes, an eight million copy best seller
  • Co-founder of the International Negotiation Network with President Jimmy Carter, a non-governmental body seeking to end civil wars

We all face conflict. It’s part of leadership. He will unpack practical steps we can take to resolve it and how to move forward from it.
