He who brings to the moment of birth has opened the womb and brought forth delivery.

A baby soon after delivery
Clementia Pae shares a prophetic vision the Lord gave her — and explains what it means.
Look no further, He Himself, is doing it
The woman that I saw in my vision, she was just going on with her daily life. Not aware of this marvellous thing that was about to take place. She was one of the Lord’s faithful ones. But somehow the troubles she had been through had almost caused her to be numb, and not attentive to finer details, anymore. Identifying with her master, lover and groom, she had been despised and rejected by mankind and had become familiar with pain and suffering. Like one from whom people hide their faces. The journey for her had been strong. She could still feel the baby in her womb. She knew that she was pregnant, but somehow, she still thought that birth time was still at a far distance. But suddenly, the baby moved. When she thought that maybe the baby was just turning in the womb, the baby pushed himself through, to come out. All this time the woman wasn’t feeling any pain. But the movement was happening so fast in her womb. Within seconds she was surprised by the appearance of the baby’s head. Who has heard of such a thing? Even to her it came as a great surprise.Trying to find a safe place where she could deliver the baby, again she was met with much resistance, opposition and rejection. Like Mary, she had found no room at the inn. The midwives in uniform were extremely aggressive and very doubtful. They actually could not care less. Even though the baby was already protruding from the woman’s womb, they were still asking: “Are you sure there is a baby there?” These doubtful words that they were speaking, were somehow causing the woman to also start questioning herself. Even though she had heard the Lord, had seen His faithfulness and was seeing the healthy baby coming out of her, at that very moment, the doubtful voices around her were bringing a wave of uncertainty. She even thought: “Maybe it is true that there is no baby here anyway, now that I am not even feeling any pain at all.”Yet another one of the “midwives” said to the woman: “If I help you deliver this baby, you better tell them that it was me who helped you.” She wanted praise for it. Lo and behold, while they were still talking and delaying to give help to the woman giving birth, I saw the pregnant woman becoming really worried about the wellbeing of the baby. Then suddenly, the Chief Midwife, the Chief Obstetrician Himself, appeared to strengthen the woman, and to complete the task that He had begun, from the day He overshadowed her with His glory and planted the holy seed in her womb. The Lord, the Chief Physician Himself had rended the heavens and had come down to end all argument and contention. He had come down to deliver the baby, Himself.

“Do I bring a mother to the moment of birth and not let her deliver?” asks the LORD. “Do I cause a mother to deliver and then make her unable to have children?” asks your God. — Isaiah 66:9 GWT
“Do I bring a baby to the birth opening and then not deliver it?” asks the LORD. “Or do I bring a baby to the point of delivery and then hold it back?” asks your God. — NETB
“Am I to open the womb and not deliver?” asks the LORD. “And when I bring to delivery, am I to close the womb?” asks your God. — ISV
“Would I ever bring this nation to the point of birth and then not deliver it?” asks the LORD. “No! I would never keep this nation from being born,” says your God. –NLT

A lifestyle of repentance will do her (the Church) good
Firstly, one of the things that the Lord was revealing in this vision was the heart of His Church, as shown by the reaction of the midwives. The midwives’ attitude, in turn, was causing doubt to rise in the woman with child, making her worried and fearful.

The Lord said to me: “Doubt is the weapon of mass destruction and death. Hence the Church needs to repent of this,” As our words have the power to create, when we spread the words of doubt, strife and dishonour, we are birthing death. When we spread the words of faith, we are birthing life and wholeness.

In Matthew 9:22 the Bible says: “But Jesus turning and seeing her said, ‘Daughter, take courage; your faith has made you well’. At once the woman was made well.”

Again the word of the Lord in Acts 3:1 says: “And on the basis of faith in His name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man whom you see and know; and the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect health in the presence of you all.” Faith brings forth healing and wholeness. There is life in faith.

As the Church, we are to repent for our lack of faith. We are to repent for defiling the womb, and for endangering the Holy seed with our words, thoughts and deeds. We have spoken against God’s holy seed. We need to repent for failing the Lord in our assignment to deliver the baby safely as midwives. We need to repent for not understanding the times because we have not sought the Lord, and therefore we miss Him and we miss His move. We need to repent for looking unto men, instead of unto the Lord, where our help comes from.

“And rend your heart and not your garments. Now return to the LORD your God, For He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, abounding in loving-kindness and relenting of evil.” — Joel 2:13

Where there is obedience, there shall be no miscarriage
“20 See, I am sending an angel before you to protect you on your journey and lead you safely to the place I have prepared for you. 21 Pay close attention to him, and obey his instructions. Do not rebel against him, for he is my representative, and he will not forgive your rebellion. 22 But if you are careful to obey him, following all my instructions, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and I will oppose those who oppose you. 23 For my angel will go before you and bring you into the land of the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Canaanites, Hivites, and Jebusites, so you may live there. And I will destroy them completely. 24 You must not worship the gods of these nations or serve them in any way or imitate their evil practices. Instead, you must utterly destroy them and smash their sacred pillars.
25 “You must serve only the LORD your God. If you do, I will bless you with food and water, and I will protect you from illness. 26 There will be no miscarriages or infertility in your land, and I will give you long, full lives.” –Exodus 23:20-26.

This is a divine promise that the Lord has given to the Church. There shall be no miscarriage among His faithful ones. All He is asking is that His people continue to pay attention to the leading of His Spirit. Trust in Him fully, hear and obey, when He says: “this is the way, walk in it.” He is the giver of life, and that life has now come.

A nation has been born in a moment
7 Have you ever heard of a woman who gave birth to a child before having labour pains? 8 Who ever heard of such a thing or imagined it could happen? Can a nation be born in a day or come to life in a second? Jerusalem is like a mother who gave birth to her children as soon as she was in labour. 9 The LORD is the one who makes birth possible. And he will see that Zion has many more children. The LORD has spoken. 10 If you love Jerusalem, celebrate and shout! If you were in sorrow because of the city, you can now be glad. 11 She will nurse and comfort you, just like your own mother, until you are satisfied. You will fully enjoy her wonderful glory.
12 The LORD has promised: “I will flood Jerusalem with the wealth of nations and make the city prosper. Zion will nurse you at her breast, carry you in her arms, and hold you in her lap. 13 I will comfort you there like a mother comforting her child.” 14 When you see this happen, you will celebrate; your strength will return faster than grass can sprout. Then everyone will know that the LORD provides help for his servants, but he is angry with his enemies. — Isaiah 66:7-14

In spite of all the mishaps, blunders and shortcomings of His bride, the blood of Jesus Christ has spoken. The Lord has extended His mercy and grace over His faithful ones. He has intervened by opening the womb of his Church and has brought forth delivery. The male child has been born. He has been caught up with God and is safe in His arms. The woman is also safe because the Lord has not only made room for her as in Genesis 26:22, but He has extended the places of her tent ( Isaiah 54:2-3). God’s word has become flesh, has come and has dwelt among us. This delivery has brought forth great victory and blessing for God’s people.

The Lord has dismantled principalities, powers, rulers and spiritual hosts of wickedness. He has silenced every contention, has shut the mouths of the dogs and the lions. He has punished the gliding serpent, with His fierce, great and powerful sword. He has slain the monster of the sea Isaiah 27:1. The Lord has stretched out His hands against the destroying mountain Babylon. He has rolled her down the cliff and has made her a burned-out mountain. No rock will be taken from her for a cornerstone, nor any stone for a foundation, because she will be desolate forever (Jeremiah 51:25). This calls for celebration. This calls for attentiveness and great awe. God, Himself has done it. From Him comes the theme of our praise. “Future generations will be told about the Lord. They will proclaim His righteousness, declaring to a people yet unborn: He has done it.” — Psalm 22:30-31. Halleluah!!!

17 “Look! I am creating new heavens and a new earth, and no one will even think about the old ones anymore. 18 Be glad; rejoice forever in my creation! And look! I will create Jerusalem as a place of happiness. Her people will be a source of joy. 19 I will rejoice over Jerusalem and delight in my people.
And the sound of weeping and crying will be heard in it no more. 20 No longer will babies die when only a few days old. No longer will adults die before they have lived a full life. No longer will people be considered old at one hundred! Only the cursed will die that young!
21 In those days people will live in the houses they build and eat the fruit of their own vineyards.
22 Unlike the past, invaders will not take their houses and confiscate their vineyards, for my people will live as long as trees, and my chosen ones will have time to enjoy their hard-won gains. 23 They will not work in vain, and their children will not be doomed to misfortune. For they are people blessed by the LORD, and their children, too, will be blessed. 24 I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!
The wolf and the lamb will feed together. The lion will eat hay like a cow. But the snakes will eat dust.
In those days no one will be hurt or destroyed on my holy mountain. I, the LORD, have spoken!” — Isaiah 65:17-25
