Arthur and Michelle Coetzee have been conducting the international prayer gathering for a number of years and have received strategic plans from the Lord on how to conduct these meetings.

“Both my husband and I had a remarkable testimony when we clearly received the same message while we prayed at different times, when we came together he explained that we must focus on Kingdom economy and I said to him I got the word Kingdom Breakthrough,” said Michelle, regarding the Limpopo gathering.

Asked why they hosted the gatherings, she said: “To establish Kingdom communities and to align ourselves with God’s Kingdom economic move in our nation.”

A pamphlet promoting the event says it aims to support churches in reaching and teaching intercessors, and to raise a network of 24/7 prayer in their own churches that will eventually spread to their municipalities.

The prayer focus of the event will be “coming in personal and corporate repentance for South Africa” and is inspired by 2 Chronicles 7:14. Related prayer point headings are revival, unity, and healing of the land.
