Pre-Pentecost talk in Paarl on Sunday

Jack Carstens, founder of Salem Biblical Garden will be giving a talk on Sunday to prepare for Pentecost by discussing the interaction between giving the law at Sinai and the outpouring of the Spirit of God on the day of Pentecost in Jerusalem.

The talk will be at the Salem Biblical Garden at Salem, Rheebokskloof Road, Windmeul, Agter Paarl from 4 to 5.40pm. There is no charge but a free will offering will be taken. Coffee and pancakes will be on sale and a shortened guided tour of the garden will be offered at R30 per person.

The talk will discuss how the giving of the law and the outpouring of the Spirt are connected, why the apostles had to wait for the gift of the Sprit, and how the Holy Spirit can change the lives of believers today.
