On February 23 2022 Russia invaded Ukraine. Exactly three years before, to the day, “The Send” was held in Orlando, Florida.

Shawn Bolz picked Dennis Melnichuk [see video below] out of the crowd of 70 000 by name using a word of knowledge from the Lord. He delivered a prophecy to him, saying: “He’s raising you up. He’s calling you to lead a movement.

“Your heritage in Eastern Europe, God is going to commission you over Ukraine and Eastern Europe,” Bolz said. “Something is going to happen that you cannot even imagine. He’s putting you on the highest lampstand.”

Melnichuk was serving as a missionary in Asia at the time. Receiving the word from Bolz confirmed something in his heart, and he moved to Ukraine, calling it a “now word”. His impact began immediately and was felt throughout the nation.

Ten months in, the pandemic hit. The relationships he made in that short time allowed him to stay in Ukraine.

No one would have guessed that exactly three years later, Russia would invade Ukraine, causing the largest humanitarian crisis in our generation.

God is using Melnichuk to go into the worst parts of war-torn Kyiv and rescue women and children. Men aged 18-60 must stay back and fight.

Melnichuk and his team are feeding and clothing them, but most importantly, sharing the Gospel.

In a recent interview [see below], Melnichuk broke down the profound impact of Bolz’s prophetic word. He also gave detailed insight as to what is happening in Ukraine.
