The sceptre is extended, Haman has been hanged; now do not negotiate with his seed — Clementia Pae

A couple of months ago I wrote the article on the link below, where God was saying that He has extended the sceptre to His people, and Haman, who had raised up his counterfeit government, has been exposed, his strategy thwarted, and he has been hanged on the same gallows that he had set up to kill God’s people. The Lord said that He was giving His chosen the governmental authority to release decrees that can never be revoked.

The fall of Haman and his 22m-high “anti-God’s government” strategy — Clementia Pae

Time has passed, some ground has been gained by the people of God, and momentum accelerated, however, not at the pace that it should have been. In other words, there has been a delay in the fulfilment of God’s promises. There has been opposition. There has been resistance. The reason, of course, is that the enemy has indeed pulled all strings to prevent the fulfilment of God’s word over His people. He has harassed, argued, and pursued God’s people continuously, creating all kinds of controversy.

However, controversy has finally ended.

The word of the Lord was received on October 29, 2019, through Vuyokazi Matu, where God said: “We, His people have come to the end of all kinds of controversy. The war has ended. For in everything there is an end.” He said that He was ending all kinds of harassment and torment that the enemy had imposed upon His children. God said that He has judged the enemy (Judges 7:22;  2 Chronicles 20:22-30). The enemy has been defeated and destroyed. God has caused them to turn against each other. God has given victory, peace and security to His people (Deuteronomy 6:10-12 — 10 When the LORD your God brings you into the land he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to give you—a land with large, flourishing cities you did not build, 11 houses filled with all kinds of good things you did not provide, wells you did not dig, and vineyards and olive groves you did not plant—then when you eat and are satisfied, 12 be careful that you do not forget the LORD, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

The Lord said that this word must be declared over the airwaves.

Continental Church leaders and intercessors then gathered to pray and declare this word over our nation South Africa and over the African continent via Matu’s show on Radio Cape Pulpit. Among them was Apostle Alexander Chisango from Zimbabwe, Apostle Linda Gobodo from South Africa, and Bishop Bill Charo from Uganda. Each one of them released further words from the Lord which they received, which confirmed the end-of-controversy word.

Apostle Gobodo shared that we have entered the new Hebrew year 5780, which is the year of the mouth. We have entered a decade of the mouth, which means that we must declare the word of the Lord, and it will be established for us. She declared that the suffering, lies, torment, financial war and poverty that the enemy has imposed upon the servants of the Lord have ended. The evil giants have been driven out from the land that God has prepared for the righteous, and the righteous have entered and possessed the land that belongs to them.

“For to the one who pleases him God has given wisdom and knowledge and joy, but to the sinner he has given the business of gathering and collecting, only to give to one who pleases God. This also is vanity and a striving after wind.”  — Ecclesiastes 2.26

“A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous.”  — Proverbs 13.22.

“The Lord is cleansing, healing and delivering and restoring His people, and He is doing this for Himself.”  — Jeremiah 33:6-10.

The people of God have escaped from the fowler’s snare, and the snare has been broken.”  — Psalm 124.

She said that God is comforting His people and is saying, “1 Comfort, comfort my people, says your God. 2 Speak tenderly to Jerusalem, and cry to her that her warfare is ended, that her iniquity is pardoned, that she has received from the LORD’s hand double for all her sins.”  — Isaiah 40:1-2.

Apostle Chisango released the word from Daniel 7, where it talks about the war and defeating of the saints that was only to happen for a time and a season, until God, the Ancient of Days, intervened and put a stop, an end to the persecution and harassment. For the judgment was made in the favour of the Most High.

19 “Then I wanted to know the meaning of the fourth beast, which was different from all the others and most terrifying, with its iron teeth and bronze claws — the beast that crushed and devoured its victims and trampled underfoot whatever was left. 20 I also wanted to know about the ten horns on its head and about the other horn that came up, before which three of them fell — the horn that looked more imposing than the others and that had eyes and a mouth that spoke boastfully. 21 As I watched, this horn was waging war against the holy people and defeating them, 22 until the Ancient of Days came and pronounced judgment in favour of the holy people of the Most High, and the time came when they possessed the kingdom.
23 “He gave me this explanation: ‘The fourth beast is a fourth kingdom that will appear on earth. It will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth, trampling it down and crushing it. 24 The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; he will subdue three kings. 25 He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time.
26 “‘But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever. 27 Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of all the kingdoms under heaven will be handed over to the holy people of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him.’ 28 “This is the end of the matter. I, Daniel, was deeply troubled by my thoughts, and my face turned pale, but I kept the matter to myself.”  — Daniel 7:19-28

This word was then effected, implemented, enforced and declared, because the time has come, and God is fulfilling His word. And He is raising upright people who will take position, rule and rebuild the continent of Africa to the pattern that the Lord gave in Genesis before the fall of man, when God gave him the kingdom and the dominion on earth.

The Lord brought to completion the release of the economic freedom which was first ushered on April 28, 2018, which the enemy has been contending against for 18 months. Joy was released and the Lordship of Jesus Christ was established.

Now, do not negotiate with Haman’s seed!

The Lord then said, it is important that His people be alert, listen and obey every instruction that the Lord gives to them. When He says: “Annihilate the enemy and wipe it out, do not spare even one of them.” It is important that His people do exactly that. For He knows the end from the beginning. He said that we must remember that it was the disobedience of Saul and his men that caused the seed of King Agag of the Amalekites to remain and to grow (1 Samuel 15). Saul and his men disobeyed the Lord’s instruction. They were greedy and the seed of the enemy survived and continued the evil lineage — the same seed that 500 years later rose up and wanted to revenge and wipe out the children of God who were living in Persia, during the reign of King Xerxes, until God raised Esther to be the deliverer.

Today we are speaking of the spiritual enemy, the oppressor. The Lord has destroyed this oppressor, that manifests itself in every kind and form. Now that the sceptre has been extended, the judgement released against the enemy and in favour of the children of God; now that Haman has been hanged, the Lord is saying: “Guard and protect your freedom. Guard your inheritance. Do not negotiate with Haman’s seed. Any negotiation from the enemy, I see it as molestation over my bride (Esther 7:8).” “Do not feel pity for the enemy. Do not be deceived by him. Do not befriend him. Come out of her completely my people.”

The Lord said: “Completely annihilate all who try to attack you. Take your position of supremacy and authority, as My kings and priests, agree with me and release decrees and judgments to the enemy, from the throne room. Decrees that can never be revoked.

“1 That same day King Xerxes gave Queen Esther the estate of Haman, the enemy of the Jews. And Mordecai came into the presence of the king, for Esther had told how he was related to her. 2 The king took off his signet ring, which he had reclaimed from Haman, and presented it to Mordecai. And Esther appointed him over Haman’s estate.
3 Esther again pleaded with the king, falling at his feet and weeping. She begged him to put an end to the evil plan of Haman the Agagite, which he had devised against the Jews. 4 Then the king extended the gold sceptre to Esther and she arose and stood before him.
5 “If it pleases the king,” she said, “and if he regards me with favour and thinks it the right thing to do, and if he is pleased with me, let an order be written overruling the dispatches that Haman son of Hammedatha, the Agagite, devised and wrote to destroy the Jews in all the king’s provinces. 6 For how can I bear to see disaster fall on my people? How can I bear to see the destruction of my family?”
7 King Xerxes replied to Queen Esther and to Mordecai the Jew, “Because Haman attacked the Jews, I have given his estate to Esther, and they have impaled him on the pole he set up. 8 Now write another decree in the king’s name in behalf of the Jews as seems best to you, and seal it with the king’s signet ring—for no document written in the king’s name and sealed with his ring can be revoked.”
9 At once the royal secretaries were summoned—on the twenty-third day of the third month, the month of Sivan. They wrote out all Mordecai’s orders to the Jews, and to the satraps, governors and nobles of the 127 provinces stretching from India to Cush. These orders were written in the script of each province and the language of each people and also to the Jews in their own script and language. 10 Mordecai wrote in the name of King Xerxes, sealed the dispatches with the king’s signet ring, and sent them by mounted couriers, who rode fast horses especially bred for the king.
11 The king’s edict granted the Jews in every city the right to assemble and protect themselves; to destroy, kill and annihilate the armed men of any nationality or province who might attack them and their women and children, and to plunder the property of their enemies. 12 The day appointed for the Jews to do this in all the provinces of King Xerxes was the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, the month of Adar. 13 A copy of the text of the edict was to be issued as law in every province and made known to the people of every nationality so that the Jews would be ready on that day to avenge themselves on their enemies.
14 The couriers, riding the royal horses, went out, spurred on by the king’s command, and the edict was issued in the citadel of Susa.
15 When Mordecai left the king’s presence, he was wearing royal garments of blue and white, a large crown of gold and a purple robe of fine linen. And the city of Susa held a joyous celebration. 16 For the Jews it was a time of happiness and joy, gladness and honour. 17 In every province and in every city to which the edict of the king came, there was joy and gladness among the Jews, with feasting and celebrating. And many people of other nationalities became Jews because fear of the Jews had seized them.  — Esther 8
