Thousands of lives changed at J-Bay Mighty Men

Piérre Maré, a volunteer organiser of the recent Mighty Men Conference Jeffreys Bay 2023 shares testimonies from some of those impacted by the event

Thousands of people gave their hearts to the Lord or recommitted themselves to Him at the Mighty Men Conference Jeffreys Bay over the weekend of March 17 to 19.

Eugene Genis, a guest speaker at the event and one of the organisers, comments: “It lifted our spiritual emotions as we saw the impartation of God touching the lives of the men. I am in awe of all the miracles, signs and wonders that took place and thankful for every new person whose name is now written in the Book of Life.“

A number of people who God touched at the event sent the organisers testimonies (see below) of their experience of a weekend during which the Holy Spirit was tangible continuously, and especially during the weekend’s guest speaker sessions. The atmosphere on Friday night was quite literally electric as bolts of lighting were flashing all around the venue.

A massive response during each of the altar calls on Friday evening (guest speaker Eugene Genis), Saturday morning (guest speaker Johnny Louw), Saturday evening and Sunday morning (guest speaker Uncle Angus) showed us how hungry our community is for Christian revival.

These are some of the many testimonies we received of lives that were touched over the weekend:

Was a real religious experience for me, I’ve been touched and moved in each and every way possible. My spirit was shaken and stirred by the Amazing word of the Lord. I’ve come back as a different man AMEN AMEN AMEN! Thank you MMC 2023!

My life definitely has been touched. I was going down the wrong road and even after Friday service I could say wow, it was aimed at me. By the end of the weekend I have been crying of joy and happiness just knowing God is my saviour and with God on my side I could take on a gang and be victorious. Thank you to all the organisers for the best Mighty Men Conference I have been to. Al Praise to God.

There are just not enough words to describe my experience! Dad Angus you have changed my life completely! Thank you to everyone who has played apart of my journey thus far.

My boyfriend got baptized on Saturday night and I can’t believe the change. Praise the Lord

My son & I was there. We gave our lives to Jesus. Thank you to Frits for the baptising.

I went up with a lot of questions and I got the answers for what I was looking we prayed yesterday for rain and I know that rain will come but most of the time we have drye places in our marriages finance and family live but for .me I got all the rain I have been asking for from the Lord spiritual rain that’s what I mean thumps. up

I have witnessed old men and youngsters (maybe 10 years old) putting stones at the cross, praying and crying. I belief God wanted me to experience Him at work. I just sat and cried and prayed for all of them. Just imagine all those people who will testify their experience this week!

This year i had the privilege of bringing a few guys with me who gave their lives to the Lord. What a special and blessed 10th Mighty Men I had. All glory to the Father.

I also got baptized on Saturday, everything was great and perfect it feels different too all glory to the almighty

Just in awe of our most amazing God and a very blessed MMC 2023. May you continue to be the blessing you are and may the Holy Spirit give you rest and relaxation and renew your energy. God bless you and the entire MMC team.

Each one of us in the group that attended the weekend felt the presence of the Holy Spirit and our Lord and saviour. We all found new direction for the future. Two of the group were baptized and one renewing his life to the Lord. We feel strengthened and refreshed for the journey again. We were so humbled with your preaching on Friday and you left the stage to come down and speak to the crowd.The move of God was amazing. And Saturday with dad Angus there it was another great evening with the Lord moving and touching so many men.

Amen!It was my first time with my dad there.I enjoyed it alot, when worshiping,the presence of God just came through!It was powerful, beautiful..I believe I’m not the same anymore!..Thank you!
