The single ‘Carry Me’ has a lot of vulnerability and hope within its lyrics.  During the last while Josh Wilson has battled with health issues of anxiety and panic attacks.  He even went through a time when he had to cancel concerts due to his health.  He would wake up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe and terrible chest pains.  It is from this place that he shares in ‘Carry Me’, how only God can carry us through all the hardships and struggles we face.  We all know of people, or we ourselves,  struggle with the pressures of life and the demands that our work, we ourselves etc. place on us.  Sometimes it is hard to find that peace, that solid ground.  It is so refreshing to find someone who has been so raw and open about this in their lyrics.  It offers such encouragement, because there is hope and we are never alone and God does carry us!

The release has been well received and it is clear that people love this single.  “Rich with truth”,  and “Effortless” are just some of the remarks by those who have listened to ‘Carry Me’.  Josh Wilson is an incredibly humble, talented and passionate singer, musician and song writer.  Anything that comes from this musician is bound to be great.  He makes it all look so easy.
