Leadership equals responsibility online lecture on Thursday July 2

Why do leaders fail to deliver on their roles and responsibility?

Pastor Segun Olanipekun, CEO of the Institute of Christian Leadership Development (ICLD) will present a lecture entitled “Leadership equals responsibility” from 6pm to 7.30pm tomorrow (Thursday July 2) on Zoom.

“It has become the norm in Africa for leaders to occupy position but fail to discharge their duties. Every leader must be focused, and equipped to deliver on the mandate of the office rather than concentrate on the perks associated with the leadership position,” says Olanipekun.
