Prophetic prayer intercessors who are on a mission to destroy evil altars in all nine provinces of South Africa are hosting a national prayer of repentance event in Franschhoek in the Western Cape on Saturday July 18.
The Western Cape event, which includes dedicating South Africa back to God, follows a national repentance day in rural KwaZulu-Natal in July last year and the renaming and rededication of a mountain pass in the Eastern Cape on April 27.
All three of the provincial prayer assignments to date followed prophetic words released by Eastern Cape seer Khalipa Mboneli. Ahead of the upcoming Western Cape event she had a vision of young people drinking and smoking which she says represented youth captured by the enemy as part of a demonic plan to destroy families.
“We will pray to break the curses over our children and future generations. Prepare yourselves with three days of prayer and fasting before you arrive. This is a call for liberation. Parents, seek forgiveness from God and even from your children if you have failed them. Let the children also seek forgiveness. Wail for your nation.

“The Lord mentioned a spirit of Leviathan — a principality of pride and division — in Cape Town, and we must stand against it. I’ve brought this message because God is showing us the spiritual state of our nation and His concern for the youth. These issues are a disgrace before God. Parents must not just accept these changes but must stand in prayer. Drugs and alcohol are being used to destroy the peace of our homes. If the youth are lost, there is no future,” said Khalipa.
The national day of prayer and repentance will take place of the Groendal Secondary School sports field, Franschhoek, from 9am to 4pm.
