About Crossover Transformation Group

Crossover Transformation Group was established in August 2011 as a result of a calling to provide biblical business leadership and biblical transformational leadership training, consulting and professional services to equip the body of Christ with knowledge and practical tools that will allow them to become agents of transformation so that the Glory of God can rise up in all sectors of society especially in the marketplace. We especially believe that we are in the season in which the fullness of God’s blessing is about to be released on the earth, but before this can happen believers need to be equipped to operate their businesses according to God’s economic principles and not compromise through placing their trust on worldly principles and wisdom.

Our Vision is to transform the heart of Africa one person, one family, one school, one business, one government, one community, one city, one country at a time.

The Challenge Crossover is addressing

We believe that there is a lot of marketplace activity but very few practically implementable tools to provide to Christian individuals and businesses so that they can transform their workplace and business activities and align them to biblical principles.

The programmes that we provide (listed below) are tools that assist in the ‘crossing over’ journey from worldly foundations into Kingdom foundations.

4. Business On Purpose – (a covert program of taking biblical principles into a secular environment in a non-religious, non-threatening way)
5. Biblical Apprentice – (introduction to biblical business targeted at 11 to 18 year olds)

2. Coaching and mentorship to leaders in the marketplace
3. Company turnaround services (rescue failing companies by applying biblical principles and re-establish them as Kingdom companies)
4. Investment (training, mentorship, financing) into the raising of a new generation of entrepreneurs who are Kingdom focused

We believe that the body of Christ needs to understand that –

1. The fullness of God’s blessing cannot flow through an economic foundation that violates His principles. We can pray, fast, and declare God’s promises everyday but the fullness of the blessing will not flow unless we have built on a Kingdom foundation.
2. The sustainable wealth creation cannot occur unless it’s flowing through a Kingdom foundation.
3. The glory of God’s financial and resource blessing will only be seen in the Body of Christ when we rebuild our business and financial channels upon a Kingdom foundation.
4. God cannot violate His Word by pouring His blessings into unbiblical founded economic and business channels.

 Isaiah 62:10 – Go through, Go through the gates! Prepare the way for the people; Build up, Build up the highway! Take out the stones, Lift up a banner for the peoples!
